The book is a sequel to the book 'Life is What you Make it'. The story revolves around Ankita, who is a patient of Bipolar Disorder. She has been through hell and survived two suicide attempts. This book revolves around topics such as mental health, friendship, love, hope, happiness, positivity and much more. This book highlights the importance of having soulful conversations and having the strength to overcome negative thoughts.

The narrative is deceivingly simple and the message has great depth. I felt like I could see glimpses of the characters' souls. The author talks about the characters day to day struggle in tackling a mental disease condition. Life's little notes were the best part of the book which made which helps us to connect more effectively. I think this story will stay with me for a long time. I plan to recommend it to many.
