This is a book written keeping in mind the teenagers and college going students. The book is well written using simple words, making it an easy read.
I really enjoyed reading it in beginning, but after that it was unrelieved in my opinion. And the end was the pretty predictable too.
This book pleasantly highlights the difference between love, lust and life in general. Although I couldn’t stand some portions of the book.
It shows various emotions into various circumstances in the individual’s life. There are so many unexpected twists and turns in the story which gives an enthralling experience while reading. The book kept me guessing many times. It did appear a little rushed at places that called for more emotion.
The characters are very genuine and relatable. As a reader, I felt myself connected with characters of the book. The narration could have been little better in my opinion.
The author interfaces real to life people, moments and even relationships. Being sweet and being a geek is always going to be tough on the part of the character.
Also there was a character named Rahul, there was no information about that in the book.... I've no clue of what happened to him.
Finding Juliet is a decent story about love and friendship. It teaches you so many lessons about relationships. It also teaches you the value of friendship.
My favorite quote from the book:
"Behind every person there lies a story which makes them who they are"
I received a review copy of the book from Writersmelon in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
